Shipping & Returns


03/01/2013: We are moving locations on Saturday March 2nd, so we will be closing Friday March 1st to prepare for the move. Orders placed after 4:00pm CST Feb 28th will not ship until Monday March 4th.

Diztronic ships all orders via USPS. Customers in the United States can select from First Class Mail (2-5 Days) , Priority Mail (2-3 Days) or Express Mail (1-2 Days). If you'd like to check if you are in a 1 or 2 day delivery zone for Express Mail please visit usps.com and enter 53719 as the orgin zip code.
 

International shipping starts at $6.55 and goes up from there depending on weight and location. You can verify the rates at usps.com (1 case = 2 ounces shipped). We ship from zip code 53719.

All orders for in stock items placed before 3:00PM CST/CDT time ship the same business day unless otherwise noted at the top of this page. Orders placed before 12:00PM CST/CDT on Saturdays also ship the same day. Orders placed after these times will ship on the next business day. Diztronic observes all USPS holidays, if the post office is closed, we are closed.

Domestic shipping times: Typical delivery via first class mail is 2-5 business days, but USPS delays do occasionally happen. If you have not received your domestic order within 10 days please contact us for a replacement / refund.

International Customers:: Diztronic will ship internationally to most destinations with the exception of the Middle East, South America, Africa, Russia, Spain, Portugal, Greece, Italy and other select regions we've had issues shipping to in the past. If you live in a country other than the ones previously mentioned and are unable to check-out, please contact us to request your country be added to our approved destination list.

International shipping times: Typical delivery is 10-21 days, but Customs delays do occasionally happen. If you have not received your international order within 30 days please contact us for a replacement / refund.

Tracking numbers for the days shipments are emailed out at approximately midnight pacific time.
